OPEN to All High School and 8th Grade Athletes:

The Winter Elite 150 Combine uses the Standardized Athlete Test (SAT®) for the body measurements and physical tests. The results of the SAT® show how each athlete how they compare by graduation year and position to other athletes around the country.

The SAT® also shows what average college athlete performs at by position.

Body Measurements:

• Height, weight, reach, wing span, and hand size Physical Tests

• 40 Yard Dash with 10 and 20-yard splits

• Pro Agility (5-10-5/20 Yard Short Shuttle)

• L Drill

• Vertical Jump

• Broad Jump

The position-specific drills highlight the athlete’s skill. Position drills allow players to demonstrate their ability in fundamental skill areas necessary for their position.

Position Drills:

• Quarterback QB’s throw to TE’s, RB’s and WR’s during 1-on-1 pass coverage

• Running Back/Linebacker RB’s run routes against LB’s in 1-on-1 pass coverage

• Tight End TE’s run routes against LB’s in 1-on-1 pass coverage • Wide Receiver/Defensive Back WR’s run routes against DB’s in 1-on-1 pass coverage

• Offensive/Defensive Line OL/DL perform agility drills and 1-on-1 pass block vs. pass rush

NOTE: All National Combine athletes are required to bring their own cleats for the Field Turf surface.
